Help Us Help Others: Support St. Vincent de Paul Through Give Local Piedmont

At St. John the Evangelist, we are continually reminded that even the smallest act of generosity can make a meaningful difference in someone’s life. Through our St. Vincent de Paul Conference, that generosity becomes a lifeline for individuals and families in our community who are facing difficult circumstances.

We are grateful to share that this spring, our conference is participating in Give Local Piedmont, a community-wide day of giving that supports nonprofit organizations across our region. This special initiative not only raises awareness of the work being done but also provides an opportunity to multiply the impact of every gift through bonus incentives.

Serving Our Neighbors in Need

The mission of St. Vincent de Paul is rooted in personal service and compassion. Here at St. John the Evangelist, our volunteers serve through:

  • Home visits to those experiencing financial hardship
  • Assistance with essential expenses
  • Our parish food pantry, helping families put food on the table

Each encounter is an opportunity to bring Christ’s love to others—meeting both material and spiritual needs with dignity and care.
